Forest Frolics are kid-friendly walks for moms. We encourage all mommas to join even if you are expecting, it's a great opportunity to start building your "village"! 

This walk has been requested by several moms in the group and will be longer that our previous walks! We will do the entire 4.2-mile loop, the trail is paved and very stroller-friendly but you are welcome to wear your baby and let your toddlers frolic. Please bring water and snacks, the whole group will take breaks if anyone needs to feed, change or rest.

This week's guest speaker is Jennifer Carrier - MSN, FNP-C, CLC from Supported Starts Lactation. 

Jennifer is a nurse practitioner, lactation counselor and the owner of Supported Starts Lactation Counseling, where she provides in-home and virtual lactation consults. She specializes in prenatal breastfeeding education, painful latch, bottle refusal, slow weight gain, milk supply concerns, pumping, and returning to work. Jenn strives to support you through your breastfeeding journey so you can focus on bonding with your baby. She will be available to answer questions regarding your feeding journey up to and including introducing solids.

Dress for the weather, if it's raining we will play in the rain! The event will be canceled if it's storming for safety reasons.
